Permission Slips
Knowing how busy familes are and how often forms that are handed out in
school fail to make it home, we are pleased to offer parents the opportunity
to print off permission slips for upcoming field trips from their homes.
Simply choose the correct form, print it out, sign it, and then return it
to school.
As this is a brand new feature, not all of our teachers are using it at
this time. Consider this area "Under Construction" and come back
often. Eventually we will divide the area by grade level so that you can
quickly check your child's class for any pertinent forms.
In the meantime, we have provided a blank form that may be printed off,
filled in, and then signed and returned to school. If you (or your child)
does not know the exact details of the trip, fill in as much as you know
and the teacher can fill in the rest. This way if your child tells you they
have to have a signed permission slip "by tomorrow" you can use
this form, fill in the pertinent information, sign it, and return it to
school on time.
We have also included a Movie Permission Slip which can be printed off,
filled in, signed and returned to school if your child has forgotten his
or her form at school and will be viewing a particular movie as part of
one of their classes the following day.
