August 18: Orientation
September 8: Rough drafts of committee annual plans.
Review current long-range plan for any remaining goals in anticipation of new 5-year planning process.
October 13: Revised Budget review and approval. Principal's 2011/12 salary discussion between Father and President prior to beginning the budget process for the 2011/12 school year.
November 10: Budget requests due from all committees for new or existing programs for the 2011/12 school year.
December 8 (8 p.m.): 2011/12 Budget presentation.
January 12: Appoint ad hoc election committee. Budget review & approval.
February 9: Final budget approval from Parish Finance Council

Annual Reports Due for publication.
June 8: Last meeting for retiring members, first meeting for new members. Elect new officers for the 2011/12 Commission and appoint committee chairs. Approve Hot Lunch Contract Renewal.
